Stamford Travel Baseball
Spring 2027
Spring travel baseball in Stamford is built around Little League. Teams play mostly on Sundays and practice about once a week with their coaches and Connecticut Baseball Academy, so players can keep playing Little League.
Final fees, rosters and detailed schedules are subject to confirmation.
Navy, White and Grey teams
At younger ages we plan Navy and White teams, with Grey teams possible based on player interest and roster availability. The difference is the level of game competition, not a plan to reserve development for one team.
| Team | Planned competition |
|---|---|
| Navy | More challenging schedules; generally GHVBL Division 1 or 2 at 9U–12U. |
| White | Development-focused competitive games; generally GHVBL Division 3. |
| Grey (where offered) | Introductory, development-focused games; generally GHVBL Division 4. |

13U
Navy plans GHVBL games and weekend tournaments at venues such as CT Sportsplex, Diamond Nation or Baseball Heaven, with two practices a week. Tuesday and Wednesday evenings are generally left open for the Middle School Baseball League. A White team may be offered depending on interest.
14U
A spring travel team may be offered if enough eligible eighth graders are interested. Freshmen playing high school baseball focus on their school season; the main 14U offering is in summer.
The Greater Hudson Valley Baseball League
The GHVBL is a regional travel league with teams across many age groups and communities. It has four divisions: Division 1 generally features the strongest teams at an age level and Division 4 is for teams still developing their skills, with Divisions 2 and 3 in between. Division placement and schedules depend on the teams entered each season.
Connecticut Baseball Academy
Connecticut Baseball Academy is our player-development partner. Younger travel teams get structured instruction alongside their team coaches, and the older travel program expects professional coaching and continued team training with the Academy.
